Presentations:

– At present both online and in presence presentations will be possible. If there will be part of the speakers participating in presence, talks and slides will be also projected on the screen of the conference venue allowing who is attending to listen to the talks and ask questions.

– Poster session will be held in the form of 2 slides + 5 minutes comment by the author(s). We will not have any poster printed. As for the talks, this will allow both poster presentations online and eventually in presence.

– Please keep in mind that we will ask you one week before the conference to send us your presentations (PowerPoint, PDF, Keynote, Prezi, etc.).

Extended Abstracts and Proceedings Publication: 

– As you know we will publish the conference extended abstracts in the journal Metalla both in printed and online forms. We will send you the proofs in early October. Please contact G. Schneider, M. Cantisani or Dr. Maja Gori.

– We are planning the publication of the proceedings in form of an edited book. A book proposal will be submitted to a prominent publishing house.

Poster Prize: 

– As anticipated we will choose among the posters the best one as concerns scientific content, originality and potential. The winner will be awarded with a voucher of the value of 250 euros.
